These Terms govern your use of the averrapay.com website. They do not, by themselves, grant access to the Averra Core platform — that is governed by a signed Customer Agreement.

2. Acceptable use

No scraping at volume, no automated submissions, no use that interferes with the site's operation. Do not impersonate Averra Pay or use our brand assets without permission.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site (logos, copy, designs, code) is © Averra Pay or its licensors. Limited fair use for evaluation is permitted; reproduction, redistribution, or training of machine-learning models on this content is not.

4. Forward-looking statements

Pages may describe products, geographies, or licences that are in-flight. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer; live services depend on a signed agreement and successful KYB.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Averra Pay disclaims indirect, consequential, and similar damages arising from your use of this website.
