2. What we collect

Identifying details (name, work email, company, phone), business details (vertical, volume, country), technical telemetry (IP, browser, device), and — where you contact us — the content of your message.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiries, deliver our services, run our regulatory programmes (KYB, AML, sanctions), and improve the site. We rely on the lawful bases set out in Article 6 of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

4. Who we share it with

Banking and card-scheme partners, regulators where required, and a documented sub-processor list available on request under NDA. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Where personal data leaves the UK/EEA we rely on UK / EU Standard Contractual Clauses with additional safeguards as appropriate.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Exercise any of these by emailing legal@averrapay.com.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by AML / accounting / regulatory law (typically 5–7 years for transaction records).
